We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain intimate jewelry pieces are non-returnable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
